Relax Your Body, Mind, and Soul for just a few minutes during your day; use for Yoga Positions and Breathing Exercises, Natural Sounds for Pilates and Wellness, Calm Music for Reiki sessions or kick back and enjoy a short break during your day.

Music can also lift your mood, slow your breathing, and create other stress-inducing changes in your body, mind, and soul. (This is a perfect thing!)

Music has many incredible benefits for stress management and overall health. It can help you calm your physiology without making a conscious effort, and that can alleviate stress in your mind.

While 20 minutes is a reasonable minimum time frame for meditation, even one song can help reduce your stress levels and restore some of your energy, so take the time your schedule allows.

Stay focused on the music. Try to really feel the music. If you find yourself thinking about other things (or even thoughts about the music), gently redirect your attention to the present moment, the sound of the music, and the feelings in your body that the music evokes.
Continue this practice for several minutes until your time runs out.

As thoughts come into your head, gently let them go and redirect your attention to the sound of the music, the present moment, and the physical sensations you feel. The goal of this practice is to quiet your inner voice and 'be.' So 'be' with the music fully immerse yourself, and you'll feel more relaxed reasonably quickly.

The only criterion for "right meditation" is that it is easy. Everything the mind does and happens is part of the meditation. So don't try to concentrate or force the mind in any way.

If there is a goal, the goal is effortlessness, but even if we make an effort sometimes, that's OK. Just back off and continue.
