If you've ever listened to Theta and Delta brainwave frequencies together, you've likely experienced a deep state of relaxation. With Theta waves, the mind can learn, heal, and grow to its fullest extent when it is in the Theta state.

Delta waves are the lowest, deepest, and slowest of the brain's waves, located just below theta waves. Delta waves predominate during deep, restorative sleep, but theta and delta waves can be found while sleeping.
